The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is investigating a Salmonella outbreak connected to Live it Up-brand Super Greens dietary supplement powder, with the agency urging consumers not to use the affected products. According to the FDA, the products of concern include Live it Up-brand Super Greens dietary supplement powder with expiration dates ranging from 08/2026 to 01/2028, including original and wild berry flavors. The product has been sold primarily online, including through the company’s website and major e-commerce platforms.

The FDA reported that 45 people infected with the outbreak strain had been identified across 21 states, with illness onset dates spanning August 22, 2025, through December 30, 2025. The agency reported 12 hospitalizations and no deaths at the time of the update.

As with other Salmonella outbreaks, health officials caution that the true number of cases can be higher than confirmed counts because some people recover without medical care or without laboratory testing. Investigators rely on interviews, lab work, and traceback efforts to connect patterns of exposure to a suspected source.
